Year 8 Instagram Worthy Desserts

Our Year 8 students had an absolute blast in this week’s cooking class! They put their culinary skills to the test by making the classic British dessert, Eton Mess.

With fresh strawberries, crispy meringue, and a generous helping of cream, our young chefs created some truly delicious and Instagram-worthy desserts! 😋📸

But that’s not all! After mastering Eton Mess, the students dived into exploring sweet options on a menu. They learned about different types of desserts, their ingredients, and how to pair them perfectly to create a well-balanced menu.
