Pizzas & Protractors: A Cheesy Tale of Parallel Lines and Angles!

Our year 8 students turned pizza chefs and protractors into their tools of trade. Our young chefs sliced through angles, discovering the secrets of parallel lines and transversals. The students measured up alternate and corresponding angles, finding symmetry in their slices. Armed with protractors and a hunger for knowledge, they measured angles, proving theories with each bite. They learned how the transversal line created equal alternate angles, and how the corresponding angles mirrored each other.

It was a day of edible education and everyone agreed: Math has never tasted so good. So, bravo to our Year 8s, who proved that when it comes to learning, you can have your pizza and eat it too!
