Maggie is a 5-year-old Miniature Schnauzer who belongs to Miss McDonough. Maggie is in school every day, bringing love and happiness to our staff and students. Maggie loves her dog treats and to walk around the school visiting the children. Maggie dislikes shouting and loud noises. Like all of us, Maggie likes calmness and kindness, and asks that people take their time to get to know her. Her best skills are making us feel clam when we are having a tricky day and knowing the right time to come and give a cuddle
Princess Maggie and Dame Rose – Equine Wellbeing Ambassadors
Maggie is 24 years old and is mum to Rose, who is 12. Maggie and Rose are Therapy Ponies who have visited other places such as hospitals and hospices, bringing joy to those who meet them. We are very lucky to now have them part of our school family. Maggie and Rose love a fuss and a cuddle and treats! Their favourite thing to do is to go for a walk around the fields and woods. Rose can be rather cheeky, but mum Maggie keeps a close eye on her! They also like to visit school and have taken part in sponsored walks with us.
